TALK — Closing at Noon

rustic barnWe encourage you to particpate in our TALK program this fall.  Our theme this year is “Coming of Age in Rural America.”   Four very good books have been chosen:   Farmer Boy by Laura Ingalls Wilder, Winter Wheat by Mildred Walker, Nathan Coulter by Wendell Berry and Good Land by Bruce Bair.  Click on the TALK link above to find out more about the TALK book discussion program and to find out when each discussion will be.  The books are available at the library, so stop in any time to pick up your set.  The first TALK will be held on September 12.

During this time of transition from one director to another, and because of limited staffing, we will be closing the library during the noon hour (12 noon to 1 p.m.) each day.  We will be opening up during the regular hours again beginning September 7.
