Summer Reading

Summer Reading is off to a good start.  We’re already very busy with everyone coming in to sign up for the various programs and choose their books and other items.

Coming up on May 30:  We will be having an all-day Craft Day.  We will be making “Toy Spinners.”  They are really cute, and the kids will enjoy making and playing with them.

Also available on May 30 is the “Scavenger Hunt List – First Week.”  If you haven’t signed up for this yet, make sure and do so this week.

See you at the library!!!

Summer Reading

We’ve really been busy preparing for the 2012 Summer Reading Program.  Enrollment begins on May 29, and you can officially get credit for the books you read on June 1.  However, you can start checking books out now.

A lot of activities and events are planned for all ages (pre-school thru adult), so click on the Summer Reading link above so you don’t miss out on anything.  We’ve already had one crafting event where children made stars to decorate the library.  If you missed out, please stop in at any time and make your own star.

We look forward to seeing all of you at the library this summer.  Please check back to our site often to get reminders and updates to the things that are going on at the library!
